BAD SERVICE, PASSING THE BUCK

I had the unfortunate event of dealing with a mtn service consultant Basi Letsoalo, my blackberry 9900 which I pay 398 for plus 94 for insurance for, which he says had "bombed up" on me, those were his words. He told me that he can not give me a loan phone and then suggested that I buy a new one in the interim of 21 days, which I would have to pay for.
I then dealt with kennedy their manager on floor that day, who had no clue of the insurance I took at an mtn store in sandton, we spent close to 2hrs discussing the loan phone which at that time they didn't have. After they closed shop they suddenly had a nokia x3 that I could loan, they wasted my time I have had it with mtn and this is not the 1st time I'm receiving such service from them, they need to take to accountability and stop shifting the blame.
