WORST NETWORK EVER!!!

I made it a conserted effort to go to a Cell c outlet in The Glen to enquire about my minutes pre the new promotion. I had a balance of well over R942.00. I was advised by the agent at the outlet that the balance of R942.42 reflects as current on their system, of which I have a screen shot. I again took it upon myself to contact Cell c again on the 05/04/13. This time around I made direct contact with the call centre. I was informed by the agent that the turn around time for my query is 48hrs of which i indicated that it is almost 3days later since inception of my query. The agent purposely dropped the call. I called again at about 15:08 the agent indicated that I was through to a different area. She indicated that the teamleader blatently refused to take my call. To date I have not received any call from any member of Cell c. These campaigns ran by this pathetic company simply lurse customers in but they do not live up to their promises. No one in this organisation or at least non I liased with both at outlet and call centre level has the faintest idea what it is to render a client service and to treat customer with respect and to listen. APPALLING SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
