Cant use cell c on LOL but can on vodacom

Ive been trying to use excess airtime on League of Legends through the boku service but it doesn't allow me to purchase, ive contacted boku and they say the problem this side. Ive so far successfully purchased through boku many a time on my vodacom contract and once with my moms cell c card, however when i called the call centre no one could answer me as to why i cant use my airtime on League of legends, its just sitting there and piling up and i want to use it. id like it to be sorted ASAP
