I called the Vodacom customer care on the 10/04/2013 at arround 6pm, i spoke to someone named Loyiso, who i merely asked for my "account number". Now he asked me to confirm a few of my details for CPA purposes, which i am well aware of as i also work in customer care. now he asked me vaify so many things including the d/o date and the amount. i told him that i was unsure about the date because i had chnaged banks and called in to do so over the phone a month ago and i would not know the amount either as i am obviously paying via d/o and that im trying to make sure that the debit orders continue as per normal. he then has the nerve to tell me that he cannot help me becase a do not know the d/o amount and date, should he not rather be worried about mking sure he gives me the account number to make sure the payments go through? i ask for a supervisor and he flat out refuses and tell me "i am going to end the call not miss Melk, good bye"!!! no sense of priority! and just by the way CPA is only necessary if you are alterring the conerded customer's billing. thank you for nothing!
