My cellphone was damaged and needed repairs. I was insured and had followed the procedure to submit and process a claim. Throughout the the process of dealing with the claim, I needed to contact the Callcentre several times in order to track the claim progress as well as obtain necessary information. I was assisted by John Swartz, Cecilia Lupton and Adrian. Every time I called in I could not help but be impressed by their excellent telephone manners, efficiency, professional conduct and intelligence. I did not experience a single problem with them and all my questions were answered with clear and precise answers, emails and queries were responded to within a matter of minutes sometimes and overall the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. It is really quite refreshing to know that some people can still be polite and efficient to customers despite the time of day or nature of the query. This is truly an example of what the customer service benchmark should look like in our country.
