My daughter lost her cellphone during December 2013. I lodged it with my insurance, Dial Direct. The efficient service rendered by the Claims Specialist, Mr Hilgard de Wet made it so easy for me to process the necessary claim.
The phone was during the holiday, and the process was finish (mid January). During all this time, Mr de Wet called me at least twice per week to check on the progress from my side. His professional and polite demeaner and great attitude was very refreshing. Compliments all the way!
