After numerous failed attempts of trying to obtain the required information, I was eventually transferred to the dental management department and assisted by Thembi.

I was quite impressed by her excellent customer service. Her approach was professional and she was efficient in the administration of my claim and benefit enquiry. She went beyond her scope by contacting the medical practitioner to ensure my claim was processed correctly and kept me fully informed regarding the status of the claim. The claim was approved within an exceptional turn around time. She was well informed to answer my questions and ensured that I understood the terms.

It is reassuring to know that despite the failure of others to do so, there are still individuals who strive towards customer service excellence. She deserves to be commended and recognised for her people skills and the ability to go the extra mile. Keep up the good work
