My number not mine???

I dialled 140 and spoke to a Cleoshane Stevens, supposedly, Ref:13041000004000, if that even exists, and reason I doubt all of this exists is because she was SMUG ENOUGH to giggle or groan in the background as if the supervisor wouldn't even bother with me. HOW DARE you tell me this is not my number, when it has been my number for the last 3 or 4 years. If she knew anything about her job, she would know that an 084 number is the oldest there!!! Lance Joseph, who claims to be her supervisor for CellC Customer Care Johannesburg attempted to send an sms to me, to no avail... this is the actual issue I have and am disgusted at the non-existence of service, never mind the case. I have not been able to receive any sms', and it has gone to the point of my using an Mtn number for my One Time Pin, which is total and utter rubbish! This seems to have been happening since last week, if not Monday, and NO ONE HAS A CLUE how the to fix it. I can make calls out, I can send Sms'.You shouldn't call yourself a "network provider" if you cannot provide "network". It is a pre-requisite after all. I would also like the Cleoshane and Lance issue looked into! I doubt he is a supervisor!!!
