For the last 3 days I try to log in at Telkoms Website Eservices to pay my bill. This ends alsway with an Error:

Authentication failed - Please try again.

Tried this with 4 different Browsers and on PC and Ipad.

Even send an E-Mail on the Contact Us Button on the Website about the problem.

Phoned Telkom Service, but they did not even understand what I was talking about. Logged a fault with my Landline, which works perfectly fine.

A man from Telkom phoned me. But he was unable to tell me who is working on Telkom? s Website.

Just tried again and it still does not work!

Need URGENTLY to pay my bills and have so far wasted over 2.5 hours in calls and mails to Telkom.

When will I be able to use the Website again to make my Payment?

Does Telkom not even see that this Server is not working correctly for days now?
