Shocking signal / calls dropping

I am currently using a Virgin Mobile line for my business, and I constantly have calls being dropped and poor signal quality that no one can hear me. I am based in wychwood near Bedfordview. Have called the call centre about 5 times and tried different networks, roaming etc but no luck.
