WIPED FROM THE NETWORK FOR 22c!!!

I've had it with Cell C. Again, they are not living up to their motto. I've been without my cell service since 31 March 2013. First they told me it was a system error and when I phoned on 8 April they told me it is because I owed them 22c!! That is totally unacceptable. How is it possible that a company like Cell C can be so unprofessional. I migrated my contract in December 2012 and was asked to pay R915. I paid the amount and now Janize, with a very bad attitude towards me, told me I paid 22c short and that is why they TERMINATED my contract. I pay via debit order. Why didn't they take the 22c. No one in the Call Centre or at Legal can tell me when my account will be re-activated and the person answering on Hello Peter from Cell C is just making promises and not delivering at all. It feels as if Cell C is not delivering to their clients. What am I to do now? I don't get any answers, I am on the phone with Janize of Legal now, and she also has no answer. Cell C is very clever you can't get through to someone in a senior position and Customer Care can't put you through either. My account is up to date, I am paying for a service I am not allowed to use. What now!!!
