In October last year my husband and I went to Harris Cellular Shelly Beach to do upgrade on both our contracts. The lady in question Roxanne did our upgrades. We explained to her that my husband and I would be swopping phones because of the BIS. She did not explain to US that we would have to load BIS as a separate service on 0785605106. Furthermore we explained that my husband would not be able to keep the 9900 as he is a mechanic and is always losing his phones and that was one of the reasons why we were swopping the phones. I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE SINCE October last year for which I am not able to make use of. It would be appreciated if this matter could be looked into and I would like to be reimbursed since October for the BIS service. I sent an email to KZN DEALERS on the 19 of March but has received no respnse since not even an acknowledgement. Since my visit to Harris Cellular my billing has increased tremendously. This is the first time in the twelve years of dealing with Mtn that i have received such pathetic advice. The staff need to be trained properly.
