The reason that i have logged this complaint is because MTN has capped their blackberry service from the 01/03/2013 and no information of this has been sent to me as a customer or has been advertised, i had to find out about this when i had called into the customer service to find out why i have a 200mb cap on my service. So now once the 200mb is finished they have advised me that i need to buy top up bundles so that i can used my blackberry services. i feel that MTN as a company has in no mean advised there customers of this change and are ripping their customers off. Many of the current MTN customers like myself are been robbed by a large telecommunications and been mislead by the services that they provide.this shows that MTN can change their prices and packages as they please with out notifying the customers that make their company what it is. This is quite concerning because if they can get away with this, then in what other ways has this company been and from their loyal customers in the past?
