Good day; we are a Crane business making a complaint about our telephone line that has not bin working for 3-Weeks now since it started we have bin reporting and asking for help; we have got customers complaining they cant get through to us. we are loosing business because of telephone line not working and a lots of complaints. we do not appreciate no responding to our phone calls made to Telkom. Every time we phone they say they will make a effort but no effort. We as company are very upset.
