JUDGEMENT due to incompetence

I took out a contract in 2008/2009, after 2 months my phone was, after phoning them I had a whole list of things to do, open a case, send the case number and documents back for phone blacklisting, send through to RICA, do a sim swop, did all of that, then noticed if I phone my own number, (from my own number) same number a Mr Thabu answered my phone, Contacted Virgin again, with a reply of "we are not sure what to do" I cancelled my contract. no more contact from them, no billing no nothing, Last month I get a call, I have to pay R6000 and something due to a Judgement against me, the contract was only R150 a month, There was never any contact like I said, no billing nothing. It seems as this has happened to a few people after cancellation, makes you wonder...
