2 weeks has gone while they promised 48hrs call bk

I dont know if its cell c culture to to their clients. i am disgusted by the service given to me. i am sent from pillar to post just to get a contract. i need proper feed back so that i can take my line to another company that wants my money. 2 wks has gone and i have been waiting for their feedback. i have been calling the call centre and they just transfering me. what happened to the 48 hours turn around tym u give to ur clients???
i need to know if u decline or approve it thats all.
