Cell C have been debiting my account extra for BIS as it is included in my contract - have contacted them about 20 times already without any positive feedback they promise the query will be sent to billing department and will come back to us after 24 to 48 hours but yet nothing this has been going on now for 4months and the arrogance you get when you phone them sometimes they just hang up on you.they promised to refund the account with the money they deducted extra but have not done it now they deduct more money than the contracts states when I called them they told me my payment on one of the contracts is behind but I paid in on that account in august. For how long must we be kept in the dark empty promisses all the way if the call centre agents don't want to assist clients calling please find them other work. In the industry I am working good client service is the up most important thing. Why can't Cell C live up to its promisses
