Continual dropped calls and no voicemail for weeks

Over the last few months my cellphone drops almost every call I make/take almost every day. Some days are worse than others. I have phoned Vodacom numerous times with little to no response and with ZERO success. I am not the only one complaining about this - almost everyone I know has the same problem, so it's not my phone. Added to this my voice-mail has been down since 25th March and I noticed on 5 April and complained. They told me it would take 24 hours to fix what is a SIMPLE software issue - and today on 8th April I had to phone again to complain because it's still not working. I had to ask to be put through to a supervisor who admitted that the initial fault had been logged with the incorrect person!! While the people on the phone were very polite and helpful, I fear that without a class-action lawsuit against Vodacom, very little will come of this!
