Dear Telkom,
Two months ago I phoned the Telkom number to cancel our account since we are moving (have moved) to another country. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour (listening to that awful music), I decided to visit the Kenilworth branch, to cancel our account in person. After waiting in the queue for another hour, I was informed that the only way to cancel was to call or fax. I faxed. Two months later, I am still being billed. I would like my account to be canceled and the bill for April to be rescinded. Please communicate with me via email (or my international number) about this concern as my SA numbers are no longer working.
