No idea what's going on

I have been contacting Telkom for the last 4 weeks re transfer of my line to my new premises.
Technician came out, met me but couldnt complete it due to a technical problem as I as was told by the call centre. When I called back yesterday they have no record of this at all. They and I dont know whats happening.
