Paid my account line still not open

I paid my account on the 27th of march and phoned into the call centre spoke to a Boitumelo he assured me it would take 1 to 6 hours for the line to be unlocked the Thursday I phoned again spoke to an Elizabeth she advised me the payment is reflecting but will take 48hours to unlock then I waited until after easter on the 2nd I phoned again spoke to a Chanell then she logged a request said they would contact me the next day again the next day came and went the 4th I phoned again spoke to and agent I can't remember that assured me as well it would be sorted out by the end of the working week and I still have nothing can't make calls or send sms's all I want is someone to phone me give me some clarity on the situation because I'm really at my wits end and don't know what to do
