Contract offered but no service ()!!!

Cell C contacted me for a contract - after listening to the long story i confirmed that i am interested. They did the entire contract over the phone with me - got a GREEN colour as an approval for ITC bla bla bla and said that my application is going for internal validation sand my phone will be delivered within 7 working days... after 6 working days i get a call that they now want bank statements for purposes... realllllly!!! thought my phone will be delivered tomorrow now they want me to take time off work (which is the reason why i did the telephonic application as i don't have time to take from work) if could then have done this at a cellular branch right! so the story is that i will not have my phone on the promised time.

i will be sending my bank statement now - and i want my phone delivered before Friday - if this is not done i will make sure the news on Cell C bad service is spread very quickly!

Lets see if they can keep their promises - and see if the power is in their hands
