BIS SERVICE PLANS

I've never experienced such bad service from an isp before, this is regarding the new BIS service plans, well i am using the a blackberry and only using it for bbm and whatsapp but the way it uses data you'd swear i am using it for downloading of which i am not, when you call their call center you get cut off and the modem you get through they don't even have information on what has been using one's data. i mean how can i use 200MB in a week for just chatting. I am even planing to move from it to a better service
