Vodacom
Platinum Client - status cancelled

Hi. I was always a pletinum client with vodacom.

I wanted to upgrade my account earlier in the year, and was told to that I could upgrade the 1st of April. I went into the vodacom shop and was told my platinum status was cancelled. and suddenly I cant upgrade.

I was never informed about this. Also i was told I could upgrade and now they went back on their word.

I have always been a good client and always paid up to date. I am livid and I think i will move to a new service provider as this is shocking. I have always kept my part of the deal with vodacom and now they go back on their word.
