Great service for a change

I have been with MTN for 17 Years and for the first time I have received good service without any hitches. It was such a pleasure dealing with Hendrieta as she was polite and seemed to know what she needed to make my transaction as smooth as possible. if more people were like her this country would be an easier place to live.
