I want to commend the great attitude that John Sebota displayed when I was registering my account for the first time with the City of Johannesburg on Friday, July 19, 2013. Although I think employees at City Power have less concern of long queues at their offices, at least when i was finally attended, John made the transaction run so smooth and each time he needed to stand and do something, he would inform me what needed to be done and why he needs to leave the station.

I have been to City Power most of the time and have NEVER received a good service as rendered by John. Big up to you John and may the great attitude and service you displayed to me be what you offer all people who come to you.

I think we need to know that the municipality isn't owed so much money by residents and they dont want to pay. It is because when they get to offices, they are sent from pillar to post and thus one needs to even praise the fish for doing what is supposed to be done which is swimming. It was and still is John's work to do his job but because of the lax service given by City Power, one thinks is a miracle when you finish off what you came to do in a single day
