Terrible service From Cell C

I took out a Cellphone Contract with Cell C Via FNB Cellphone Banking Solution in December 2011, i took 2 phones and early in 2012 the 1 sim card just stopped working. I phoned Cell c to report the matter they didn't bother to assist me, but they continued to debit me for the airtime i wasn't using. Later in the year I started having problems with the 2nd Sim card when I phoned them I found out that it was due to delayed payment. In Jan 2013 they blocked my number I phoned again they said it's because they received payment for only 1 sim and I owe them for the rejected debits, I went & requested my bank staetement and there was no rejected debit. I faxed it through to them they still didn't bother to call me and fix this matter. I called again they said I owe "money that only appears on their side" i went and payed them & still haven't assisted me. They have such a poor service and unproffesional agents. I cant be paying for something I'm not using and they threaten to blacklist me.
