Softwear problem

My boss has had his nokia lumia since febuary 2013. ime 354149052417182
The phone keeps on freezing and i have taken it for software upgrade with the
Sales lady replying that the problem was solved. She also replied that if the phone
Should do it again that i must bring it back. My question is: bring it back how many times?

The nokia lumia is the flagship phone of Nokia.
My bosses understanding and mine is that when the software was upgraded that the problem
Would be resolved. But as it seems it has not. I am not satisfied with the result. Everytime I have to
Reload everything and it puts unneccesary strain on my bosses business.
