I have 5 contracts with Vodacom yet for the past 2.5 months, we cannot receive or make calls on our Cellphones. I cannot even get through to the Customer Care line. If I try to call someone, I am lucky to get hold of them after 16 or more attempts. We are paying for a service that is nonexistent. We have phoned from landlines to complain, but to no avail. Then to ad insult to injury, I am expected to pay 75% of the remainder of my contracts if I want to cancel. As far as I am concerned the non-deliverance of service amounts to breach of contract!!!
