Promises were made but not kept

I've been promised that a consultant will phone me within 24 hours to assist with un blacklisting my Blackberry it's been 3 days and no one has phoned me. When I phone 140 and choose to speak to a consultant they say they will put you through but then the answering service say they can't put you through. I am really frustrated because I need to use my phone and I'm losing business.
