Still waiting for both my contracts to be sorted

Hi Voda
I've been dealing with a very pleasant lady with regards to my last complaint. Unfortunately I have no way of reaching her other than HelloPeter.
Please can we follow up as to what is happening with my contracts?
The one I was still debited R100.00 where I was not supposed to be, that contract is supposed to be done with and I was not supposed to be debited this month as discussed, and my other I have not been debited at all and my number is still on prepaid. I would like to request that I do not pay the full amount this month as I have been loading prepaid airtime and I loaded a R59 Blackberry bundle too.
Please follow up with me ASAP as I have had this new contract since the 21st of March and the number still has not been put back on contract.
