BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

Have been trying to find a settlement amount from Cell C with regards to a Late Estate. No one seems to want to assist you and keep referring to Legal Department, however, no one in legal seems to answer the phone. Don't think a company can give a serivice worst than they do. Still don't have a settlement amount and still can't finalise the estate.
