Billed before i got the phone

Nashua Mobile sent me an invoice to pay for an iPhone on a Cell C contract, which i have not received yet. I tried calling them and got sent from one consultant to another, the last consultant placed me on hold for over 20 minutes. I eventually got tired of waiting and hung up.
