SA Post Office

I have been trying and trying to get some sort of semi decent service. The registered mail that was sent to me arrived in airport over two weeks ago and now it says still in transit from the airport for the last 8 days.i needed that mail when it first arrived i am on a very tight deadline and the mail cannot be sent again!! The people at Pretoria hub should seriously consider letting the people come and collect the mail that is urgently needed ffs!!
I am utterly disgusted that the post office has allowed this illegal strike to continue for as long as they have!! To the workers that did not strike well done but the rest of them should be fired!!
