Amazing respose and service

Sent a email out yesterday complaining about not getting my Z10 and its been 2.5wks already, and natalie responded from mtn in kenilworth. Such a great lady going above and beyond, all out for me trying to satisfy her customer (me). Probably calling around trying to make sure I get what I want. Just want to say this was awesome service, she should be recognized and I'm so greatful. Glad I made the switch to mtn, never received such nice service before.thank you natalie should you read this.
