PATHETIC SERVICE FROM MTN-----FED UP!!!

So much for delivering within a 7 working day period for repairs to a brand new Galaxy SIII handset. From 22 Feb to date I STILL DO NOT have my handset!!! Even after having paid R1425, 36, numerous phone calls from me, numerous visits to the store at Canal Walk... Today is the 3 April... I STILL don't have my phone... I've never been exposed to such incompetence. Absolutely NO service ethic... Am I EVER going to receive my handset???..MTN you!!!
