Email failure AND call failure

Once again iburst are up to their tricks!

I can browse the net and download emails, but I cannot send emails because my email program cannot collect to [URL Removed]

Before you start your usual lunatic quiz:
Yes, it did work before.
No, I have not changed anything.
Yes, the modem is plugged in and shows the correct lights (how else would I manage to submit this report?)

And when I try to use MY airtime to sort out YOUR problems, you disconnect the call before answering it!

My interpretation? You've messed up yet again and you're with all the complaint calls so you're simply not taking calls!

So, dearest iburst... When can I expect to be able to conduct my VOLUNTARY community duties?

Do NOT call me at work. This problem is at home! Sort our your rubbish and provide what I pay for! You have my money already, now fix the connection!
