Telecommunications

Good day

Almost everyday, I receive Order confirmation emails from Elite Mobile intended for various clients (and none are me, I assure you). The email address that you are using is not part of any contract that I currently hold. I have emailed you, phoned you, and all you seem to be interested in is getting my personal details i.e. Cell number and ID number.

Having read all the other complaints, I am beginning to understand what the is about. Here is my theory:

You "fish" random emails from websites, then send these email addresses order confirmations from Elite Mobile. This prompts the unknowing receiver to contact you and confirm that the email used is the incorrect one. Before any at your call center shows willingness to help, you ask for the personal details from the unknown victim and assure him/her that all will be sorted out in time, after which you incessantly call them to sell them products against their wishes.

This is untoward behavior and poor business conduct, and your marketing department should be ashamed of themselves for stooping this low.

Regards
