Wrong billing again

I upgraded last year and had to lodge a Hellopeter complaint for the matter to be resolved. I have now added my wife to my account and yet again the billing is wrong again. The amount for my wife's phone came to R511.27 while the actual amount needs to be R 408.50; My question is why does this need to come to this every time. It would appear that companies only assist when a complaint is lodged.
Can i therefore ask that the matter be sorted and I get conformation?
