Waiting for my delivery

This is not a complaint, just a way to get feedback on the delivery on my Samsung Galaxy S3 phone. Nobody can give me a number who I should call regarding my phone to be delivered. This relates to my previous complaint that was sorted out - but now I am just awaiting delivery - more than a week now. Please advise.
