MTN No Service - Autopage passing the buck

I have been in contact with MTN and Autopage since 07.01.2013. I have a wifi router and MTN data deal. I have hardly any connection. MTN wanted to install an antenna at my house but excuse me it is a MOBILE device and I travel frequently what good is an antenna at my house going to do? I have requested Autopage to have my MTN contract cancelled and to move my contract to another service provider. This was done on 19.02.2013. Still no answer. Everytime I call the call centre they say they are waiting for MTN. This is now getting ridiculous. 3.5 months paying for a service I do not get!
