No communication in regard to delivery

I made an insurance claim on 08 march 2013 i got the call on 15/03/2013 that i should expect my phone on 18/03/2013 an i did not receive it, on 28/03/2013 i went to Nashua makhado they phoned head office, i spoke to one of the consultant he also told me that i should expect the phone on Tuesday 02/04/2013 and i did not receive again the person i spoke to gave the ref no:8716164
