Pathetic Service and where is my phone???

I recently applied for a new contract for my daughter 12 days ago. I even requested to the gentleman that I desparately will need the delivery by Wednesday last week as my daughter is going away on tour.By Tuesday I had yet to hear from anyone so I tried calling the customer care to try see what is going on. Pathetic no one answers the jolly lines yet when you phone to enquire or apply for a new contractthey miraculously answer immidiately... I then selected the new contracts division and the gentleman did what he could to see what was going on he said it was yet to be dispatched but said he as requested they put a rush on it.By the afternoon of Wednesday last week I had yet to hear anything. I had to call again to the new contacts division as they are the only ones who answer. The phone still was not dispatched and when I wanted to complaine they were snotty and just said phone customer care??? Would help if you answer your phones!!! Needly to say my daughter does not have her phone on tour, I could not even apply at a branch as the system showed application in process. It is now Tuesdays nearly TWO weeks later and I still have not received a call or the jolly phone!!!
