Bad, incompetent service: 3 SIM cards!

We have applied for a business phone (Wednesday 29 Jan). According to the consultant the process would have been finished Thursday morning after which I could pick-up the phone. I didn't hear from her again. Friday afternoon I drove to the branch. According to her she tried to phone although there is NO evidence of this on any of our phones. I was then informed that I had to pay a deposit of nearly R8000 and if I do this I can receive the phone and the SIM card will be activated Saturday morning. Immediately we made a EFT transfer for this amount since the deposit cannot be paid in store and the phone is needed for a sales rep starting 1 Feb. I received the phone together with THREE SIM cards. I then was told that she does not know which one of the SIM cards will work but she will let me know Saturday morning. It is now a week later (Wednesday 5 Feb) and it has still not been activated nor was I informed which one of the three SIM cards will work. This after I have emailed her and called the branch several times without any answer.
We still do not know the number of the new phone and are paying the rep and contract without her being able to perform any of her duties.
