Got shouted at and phone put down in my ear!!

I called for assistance in regards to my internet dial up. I was struggling to hear the consultant as the line wasnt terrific but also the fact that he could not speak properly and clearly to me. When I kept apologising for not being able to hear him, he started to get very rude and shouted at me to tell him what I see because he is not there and he cant see what I am looking at. I told him that he must not shout at me or be rude at me because I cant hear what he is saying and that he must remember that he is providing a service so he should be more patient and 'willing' to assist me. He told me he is not being rude and then threw down the phone in my ear after I already called 3 call centres and waited for 15 minutes for someone to answer my call. This is the reason why I chose another cellphone provider recently because MTN has no idea what client services mean. I called again and reached Andiswa a young lady that clearly has proper values compared to the previous incompetent agent. SHe was patient and helped me through the whole process. Andiswa was a gem, just a pity that all the other agents are so rude and get paid to do it?!!!
