Fone choise- Rude agents and no feedback, 4 weeks

I was called by an agent at fonechoise a few weeks ago offering me a tablet, i signed up and the Phone was delivered to me within a week or two, after using it for a while it fell and broke a screen. I then called Phone choice, they arranged for it to be picked up, i then called after week only to be told that it might take up to 4 weeks to get feedback on the phone by a very rude Coloured lady.

I then waited for their call to at least advice if they are going to repair it or not, last week i made about 15 calls to the same call center, no one is taking resposibility and ownership, they cant be bothered.

All i hear is that a certain department will forward me an email with a form to fill in, then only will i be able to get a new fone as the one they gave me is out of warranty.

This is total BS, they sold me an old phone and cant get a simple email sent through so that i can get my phone, i have already paid for it and its sad that i am getting service, but yet i have honoured my payments as agreed.
