Still no phone

After complaining that I will have to wait 8 weeks to have my phone repaired, I am still waiting to receive my phone back. Every query took forever to get answered and last week Nelisiwe told my my phone was fixed and they will return it to the store, which is Menlyn, 30km from headoffice... A week later, still no phone!!!
I have been extremely patient (after all, I had to purchase a new phone), but this is getting to much.
It cannot be that complicated to fix a phone and get it back to the customer, especially after 8 WEEKS!
