Pathetic Service and Network!!!

I recently complained on Hello Peter, was sent an sms with reference number, 3032601321 and previous reference number 2121900132. I received a call from a lady to ask a few Questions and she sed she will call me back in 10 minutes after speaking to her supervisor. I AM STILL WAITING?? ITS 5 DAYS LATER!!! DONT EVER GET ANY CONTRACT FROM CELL C, THE NETWORK IS TERRIBLE. ALL YOUR CALLS WILL GO TO VOICEMAIL. VODACOM or MTN still rocks! Apart from the pathetic signal, the staff are all incompetent. My next step is Star Consumer watch and Carte Blanche.
