I cannot believe how useless Telkom is!

It took Telkom 6 months to install my ADSL line and get my wifi working, They eventually connected my line, but with the wrong speed (1 mbps). I phoned in (and after an hour of them just forwarding me to another department) they said it would take up to 48 hours for the change to take affect (so i can have a 4 mbps). Up to now it has been at least 408 hours and my wifi speed has not changed! I had the matter escalated 3 times and still nothing. Im going to phone and see if i can switch to a different service provider if my speed is not changed with 24 hours from this post.
