Going through 5 people before getting any service

I saw that 8Ta had a very attractive cellphone service offer and I thought it is time to move away from my current service provider. Went to the Festival mall Telkom Direct branch and waited my turn in the que to apply for my iphone 5 32GB unlimited call contract. This application extended over 3 weeks, I had to visit their office 4 times had to communicate via 5 diffirent personnel, tried to communicate various times via Email because they do not answer their phone lines. The only lady that has been helpfull so far was Zodwa. Apparently they don't answer any calls because they do not have a receptionist and they say they cannot leave the shop customers unattended.

This appl. process was terrible and even after my fourth visit my ported cell number still doesn't work. Tepee is one of the main culprits in this transaction. This is a classic case of how not to treat new customers. Bad communication, unprofessional administration and lack of knowledge of their own available deals. I confronted Tepee about leaving all my personal FICA documents on his open office desk at the entrance by only noticing on my last visit that these were still visible to any visiting public.
